📦 What does “Made-to-Order” mean?

Made-to-Order (MTO) means your item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. We don’t produce in bulk—every piece is made with care and intention.

 

⏱ How long will my order take to arrive?

All MTO items take 10 business days to be produced and shipped from our facility in Detroit, Michigan. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

 

🔁 Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Because each piece is custom-made, we do not allow cancellations, edits, or changes once your order has been placed. Please review all details carefully before checking out.

 

🎨 Can I request customizations?

Yes! If you’re interested in a customized item, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page. A team member will follow up with you directly.

 

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship only within the United States. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding our shipping zones!
